 Ian graduated from Oregon State University with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance. At S.D. Deacon Ian began work as an accountant and his role quickly evolved as he took over responsibility for the accounting and finance related activities on Steve Deacon’s development projects. When Deacon Development Group was formed, Ian continued his work with the new division. His current responsibilities include accounting for development projects, procuring and coordinating project financing, monitoring annual operating budgets, banking and cash management and tax and risk mitigation.
