 Prior to the formation of Deacon Development Group, Pete was self-employed and operated a real estate investment and development company under the name Ryan, Aaron & Associates for more than 25 years. In 2002, Ryan, Aaron & Associates teamed with Steve Deacon to develop and construct projects that included mixed-use retail/office/residential, medical office, industrial and residential uses. This pairing became the proving ground for what is now Deacon Development Group and Pete and Steve joined forces to establish that company in 2006.
Pete focuses on site selection, tenant negotiations and entitlement during the early stages of the project. After the development is underway, Pete then takes the lead on structuring the marketing plan, leasing and sales strategies.
