 Randi brings over 26 years of construction, development and real estate experience to our team. A Portland native, Randi’s early background in accounting and property management served her well as she moved into the development and construction industries working for a variety of companies, including Canada-based Western International Properties, Inc., engineering firm David Evans and Associates and Swinerton Builders.
Randi joined S.D. Deacon in 2002 as Safety Administrator and in 2006 she moved into S.D. Deacon’s newest division, Deacon Development Group. As Development Administrator, she has a wide variety of duties which include: document control, tenant liaison, marketing and events coordination, creation and distribution of all lease documents, as well as office management for this division.
