The Copeland Building serves as the corporate headquarters for Deacon Construction and Deacon Development. The building was constructed in 1977 by Copeland Lumber Company as their corporate headquarters and then purchased by Deacon Development in 2006. A significant renovation was required to transform the building from a single-tenant building into a multi-tenant property and to upgrade and modernize its features. The makeover respected the original design and repurposed many of its finishes, while providing a complete upgrade.
