Triangle Pointe is a multi-tenant office building located at the intersection of I-5 and Highway 217, the highest-traffic intersection in Oregon. The building was constructed in 1969 for Farmer’s Insurance. After purchase, the building underwent an extensive makeover, including a unique new entrance and lobby at the main level, the addition of a new entrance into the lower level, and an upgrade of all common spaces.
