Woodburn Plaza is a retail center with high visibility from Interstate 5 and is located immediately south of Woodburn Outlet Mall. This location sees more than 4 million shoppers passing annually. The design took advantage of its visibility from I-5 and the tenants were chosen to be compatible with the outlet center.
